This is what happens next..
a) Welcome Email: Welcome Email: Once you've completed the above registration process, you will be receiving a welcoming email from the Aish staff
b) Interview: Interview: One of our professional Aish associates will meet with you for a brief interview.
c) Passport: Make sure you have a valid passport available. You will need to send us a readable copy of your passport by email or by fax, including the page with your photo, age and passport number, and the pages showing where you have traveled.
Airlines require that your passport be valid for six months after your trip.

Applicants will not be considered for a trip until your application is COMPLETED, CONFIRMED and a WAIVER & DEPOSIT have been submitted.
Please note: Due to the very large amount of applicants you may experience some difficulty applying on the first few days of registration. Do not panic. Try back later in the day.
All applicants must submit a copy of the front page of your passport to the Aish office immediately after applying or as soon as you receive it.
Travel Documents:
USA / Canadian Citizens:
To participate on a Taglit-Birthright Israel: Aish HaTorah trip, you must have a United States or Canadian passport that is valid for a minimum of six months after the program. You do not need to obtain a visa.
If you need to order or renew a passport, please do so immediately as the process can take up to 6 weeks. For details on ordering or renewing a passport click here. Expedited processing may be available for an additional fee. For more information inquire at your local passport agency.
NON USA / Canadian Citizens:
To participate on a Taglit-Birthright Israel: Aish HaTorah trip, you must have valid documentation and possibly an Israeli entry visa. If you have not yet obtained valid documentation, please do so immediately as the process can take up to 3 months.
Visas may be obtained at your local Israeli Consulate. The process usually takes 7 to 10 days. You will need a completed application form, two passport photographs per visa, confirmation of travel (which you need to get from the Aish office), and cash or money order for the processing fee.
Deposit and Waiver information:
Deposit: A $250 USD deposit is required of every applicant. Deposits are fully refundable and are returned shortly after your return from the trip. It is very important for the applicant to submit the deposit right after registering, as it secures their place on our Taglit – Birthright Israel: Aish HaTorah trips.
Waiver:You will need to submit your waiver form with your electronic signature. The waiver form can be found in the 6th section of the online Birthright application.
