Israir Flights
You can extend your Israir ticket for up to 90 days from your departure from the US. There are 2 extension options available:

a) HIGHLY Recommended -- You can extend your ticket in advance for a fee of $75. To arrange your extension, please complete the Request Extension Form (MS Doc) and email it directly to BRIextensions@israirusa.com.

b) NOT Recommended -- You can extend your ticket in Israel through Israir directly at 03 795 4038 and ask for Revital or Gilad. Their office is open from 8:30 am - 8:00 pm local time and closes early on Fridays. This option is subject to availability, at a cost of $250. Please note that at this point availability will be very limited if at all. You are therefore strongly encouraged to arrange your extension in advance as per option A above.

Important Notes:
Please note that every effort will be made to confirm one of your requested dates. Israir does not have daily flights therefore you should view the flight schedule in their website, www.israirairlines.com for the dates of your request. They will try to confirm your request in the order that you have noted on the extension application. If none of your requested dates are available, you will be informed by email. Once one of your requested extension dates has been confirmed you will be charged automatically $75 USD from your credit card. If you change your mind and decide not to take this return date, your new return flight will be subject to availability and you will be charged an additional $50 USD for this change. Israir agents will not be able to assist you in obtaining flight insurance, domestic travel or stopovers in other countries. All return flights must be direct from Tel Aviv. Stopovers and connecting flights are not permitted on your Taglit-Birthright Israel ticket.
