Aish HaTorah is a non-profit apolitical network of Jewish educational centers with 25 branches on six continents. Aish provides opportunities for Jews of all backgrounds to discover the beauty and meaning of their heritage in an environment of open inquiry and mutual respect.

Each year, tens of thousands worldwide enjoy our trips to Israel, Jewish programming, innovative seminars, and our award-winning Aish.com website.

Yet on the Aish Taglit - birthright Israel program, you will also partake in remarkably unique activities. Our Shabbat program is unmatched! You will spend time in Jerusalem at the Western Wall, participate in a pre-Shabbat concert with hundreds of other young Jews, join in a massive celebration, and dine in the historic Old City with your peers. Our superb educational programming will allow you to meet high-profile political figures, gain access to multimedia presentations and attend thought-provoking lectures addressing issues such as Torah and Science; Love, Dating and Marriage; Jewish Philosophy, Jewish History, and much more.

You will, of course, explore all of the "must-see highlights" of Israel, like hiking the Golan Heights, climbing to the top of Masada, floating on the Dead Sea, visiting the Holocaust Museum and touring the Old City of Jerusalem. You will enjoy the company of Israeli solders who will join our program for a number of days. You will also experience modern Israel with its marketplaces, upbeat streets, restaurants, art galleries, music and delicious traditional types of food. Our vision is to inspire Jewish pride, nurture Jewish identity, and promote a connection between Jewish youth and Israel. Through our Taglit - birthright israel program, you will have lots of fun exploring Israel, while also enjoying an enriching experience through our special high-profile speakers and phenomenal seminars. ‘All this in an atmosphere of open inquiry and mutual respect.
We believe that all Jews, regardless of their religious affiliation, social strata, race or nationality, deserve the opportunity to be educated in the areas of Jewish history, tradition and philosophy, in order to make informed choices regarding their own personal Judaism. We are committed to the values of individual growth and collective responsibility in making this world a better place. Upon their return, we provide our alumni with a large infrastructure through which to exercise these values, as well as great scholarships to continue coming back to Israel on a variety of other programs.
Our Taglit - birthright Israel program is a journey during which you will form lifelong relationships with new friends, and discover the beauty of being Jewish. Our program explores contemporary Israel in a variety of different settings, enabling our participants to appreciate the modern State and its people. We are dedicated to giving participants the best ten days of their lives and to impact them, as well, in a most meaningful way relative to their Jewish identity and their connection to Israel.
